Leorian Learning Center, Inc. is a not-for profit adult education and assessment center located in Providence, Rhode Island. Leorian Learning Center is distinct from other adult education centers because, our programs are personalized to not only our students´ learning goals, but to their scheduling needs. Leorian Learning Center offers flexible day, evening and weekend hours to suit our students´ work and home schedule needs.

Leorian Learning Center offers individualized learning plans and instruction, and provides a student-centered environment for adults who may have struggled in traditional classroom settings.

All instructional content and tasks are developed for each student depending on his/her 1) learning styles, 2) results from pre- and on- going assessments, and 3) students goals. All programs are self-paced. Classes are offered on one-on-one basis or small group not to exceed 6 at one time.

Leorian Learning Center´s name is derived for the Old English word “leornian“, which means to learn, or to acquire knowledge. Our instructors are here to help our students on their personal path to acquire the knowledge and skills that they desire. Our motto is “Leorian Learning Center your guide to lifelong learning“.
